Svaroopa® Yoga Workshops and Retreats
I offer 1/2 day Svaroopa yoga workshops in an area of San Diego, CA called Clairemont, approximately every 3-4 weeks. I also teach occasionally at other hosted venues in San Diego. Workshops listed below are in Clairemont, unless otherwise indicated.5
This page is updated regularly with upcoming workshops. Enrollment is limited by the size of the rooms and pre-registration via email is required. In some cases (listed in the description), payment in advance is required.

"Weekend" of Bliss
San Diego Clairemont, CASaturday September 11 / Sunday September 12, 2010
2pm - 4:30pm - choose one or both workshops
Come enjoy an afternoon (or two!) of bliss. Allow the tools of Svaroopa yoga to unblock the inner blockages, revealing an inner state of bliss. Casey will utilize a variety of tools, including yogabody and deeper yoga variations to help you experience this inner unfolding. Each class will include a brief meditation.
Recommended for students who have been practicing Svaroopa yoga for at least 3 months. The two workshops will be different so you can attend both workshops for a mini yoga retreat if you'd like.
Cost: $40 for one; $75 for both days

Adjustment Clinic for teachers
San Diego Clairemont, CA

Adjustment clinics are designed for teachers to practice skills and improve techniques. Each clinic will cover several poses (based on number of students, detail level of poses to cover, etc.).
Pre-requisite: Level 1 of YTT of Svaroopa Yoga or equivalent
Cost: Adjustment Cinics are offered on a quasi-sliding scale basis, based on the number of attendees: $55 each for 6-7 attendees; $50 each for 8-9 attendees; $45 each for 10 or more attendees.

Come for one, two, three or four workshops! Each workshop will build on the previous workshop(s), but will also be designed for drop-in students.
This workshop is for continuing Svaroopa practitioners as well as new students who have heard of Svaroopa yoga but never experienced it.
