I have taught yoga professionally for more than 25 years, offering core release in the Svaroopa style through classes, workshops, and private yoga therapy, as well as passing on yoga teachings to numerous teachers throughout the years.
The yoga I offer is gentle and therapeutically oriented. It is designed to release deep tensions, help realign and rebalance your internal structure, provide more freedom in your movement, ease aches and pains, improve your circulation and breathing, heal from injury or chronic pain, and improve your overall health and well-being.
I offer therapuetic one on one sessions, occasional workshops, and online weekly and biweekly classes to those seeking deep release and healing. Each class or session is designed to release tension in your body, relieve stress, and allow you to dive into an ever-deepening experience of your true nature.
