Svaroopa® Yoga with Casey
My name is Casey Gerdes and I am a Certified Svaroopa® Yoga Teacher and Advanced Svaroopa Yoga Therapist, based in San Diego, California. I travel throughout the United States and Canada offering yoga workshops and private therapy sessions. I am an Advanced Svaroopa® Yoga Therapist and Embodyment® Therapist. In addition, having been a teacher trainer for 8 years, I offer special courses for Svaroopa teachers.
Svaroopa® yoga is a unique style of yoga. While some of the poses may seem familiar, or perhaps the pace of a class is similar to something you've seen, i really is different - unfortunately, it's hard to describe in words - you really have to experience it to understand.
I hope this site offers you some insight into the healing capacity of Svaroopa® yoga on all levels ~ physical, mental, spiritual. If you're looking for something to take you deeper, you've found it.
