Private Sessions with Casey

I am an Advanced Yoga Therapist and have been offering therapy sessions for 25+ years to clients with back pain, knee issues, migraines/headaches, Parkinson's, scoliosis, and many, many other conditions. Yoga therapy is also very beneficial simply for regular maintenance and stress relief.

I am seeing limited private clients in a safe manner during the pandemic. Reach out directly so we can discuss safety protocols to determine if we can make something work. 

Private sessions may include yoga therapy, Embodyment(r), Healing Touch, learning a personal home yoga practice. 

Fees:  Single session $90   |   Package of 5 session $425   |   Package of 10 sessions $800
